SimGHOSTS announces affiliation with the Patient Safety Movement Foundation as a Committed Partner

SimGHOSTS have joined the Patient Safety Movement as a Committed Partner, to help address the largescale problem we face worldwide; preventable medical errors within hospitals.

As a Committed Partner, SimGHOSTS will demonstrate alliance with the Patient Safety Movement Foundation by participating in the PSMF’s Actionable Patient Safety Solutions (APSS) workgroups to develop a Simulation Plan for select APSS. SimGHOSTS encourages all our hospital-based members to promote the use of APSS in their workplace and request that the hospital make a formal commitment through the PSMF to the 0x2020 mission. Additionally, SimGHOSTS supports the Patient Safety Movement Foundation through promotion of the 0x2020 mission at our events, website and social media channels.

"At SimGHOSTS, we understand the power of shared learning," said Lance Baily, Executive Director of SimGHOSTS, "We look forward to working closely with the Patient Safety Movement Foundation to help eliminate preventable patient deaths together."
