The countdown is on! Four weeks until the S3 Simulation Conference in Singapore

Triple the learning and value with the inaugural S3 Conference in Singapore starting November 1 2017! The outstanding program for this event is the result of a collaboration between the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Medical Simulation (SIMS), SESAM and SimGHOSTS. 

Following the opening announcements is keynote presentation by Dr Peter Dieckmann "Handling Variation is a Good Thing: the Learning from Good Performance Approach to Simulation. After a short break the program resumes with concurrent sessions structured on themes of:

  •  Administration and center management
  • Assessment using simulation
  • Curriculum design and development
  • Faculty development and debriefing
  • Integration of research in simulation
  • Interprofessional education
  • Operations staff development, and
  • Technology and operations

Other keynote presentations are "Digital Disruption in Healthcare" by Mr Bruce Liang, "High Performance Teams, Translational Learning Environment" by Assoc.Prof. Fatimah Lateef, and "Simulation Technology and Operations: Insight, Innovation and Integration" by SimGHOSTS President, Assistant Professor Scott Crawford 

The entire program runs over three days from November 1-3 and is supported by Pan-Asia Simulation Society in Healthcare (PASSH), Serious Games Association (Singapore) and Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH). Registration is SG$642 (US$473) with limited pre and post conference workshop places still available.
