Subscriptions

How do I sign up for a new SimGHOSTS website subscription?

To sign up for an annual individual or institutional subscription, follow this link here.

How do I upgrade from the free newsletter to a paid subscription?

Under the subscription nav select "Upgrade". (This link will make sure you are logged in).  

How do I renew my individual subscription?  

Under the subscription nav select "Join, Upgrade or Renew" and follow this link to renew your individual subscription.

 

How do I renew my institutional subscription?

Under the subscription nav select "Join, Upgrade or Renew" and have your institution's primary contact login and follow this link to renew your subscription.

 

How do I add/delete members to my institutional subscription?

If you are the primary contact for your institution, select "Institutional Profile" under your name on the top left to access your profile and select "View Company Roster" which will bring you to a screen that allows you full control over adding and removing member "Seats".


How do I change my digest email frequency? can I find a receipt for my subscription purchase?

Login and goto your "profile" page and click edit. Scroll down to Newsletter Subscription and change it from either daily, weekly, or never. We hope you don't pick never!  

How do I sign up for the FREE newsletter?

How do I change my email address?

Login and goto the "profile" page and click edit. Scroll down to Email and change the address, then save your settings.

When does my subscription end?

Login and goto your "profile" page and scroll down to the very bottom - the last box has your subscription end date.

 

Where can I find a receipt for my subscription purchase?

Login and goto your "profile" page and scroll down to the very bottom - the last box should contain any past invoices.


I chose to pay by check, when will I get access to subscription resources?

If you selected to pay by check for your subscription, you will receive an invoice email within an hour.  Your access to subscription resources will be suspended until we receive the check.  Once we receive the check for your subscription, we will then activate your account and send you an emailing letting you know it has been activated.

Events

How do I register for a SimGHOSTS event?

We will post a link on each SimGHOSTS event page to register for the event as soon as it launches.

 

How do I find my event registration invoice and selected courses?

Log in and then click the "registration" link next to profile for your account.  From there you should see the event listed and be able to check out your invoice which will list all the optional courses you selected.


I'm with a vendor/company that would like to sponsor a SimGHOSTS event, who do I contact?
