Who Should Attend SimGHOSTS Events?
SimGHOSTS events are tailored to the needs of those working with healthcare simulation technologies. Our primary audience is simulation technology professionals however we also have a strong representation from others who work in simulation programs including program managers & directors, administrators, educators, IT and AV professionals, and biomedical engineers.
A community of practice is a group of people who share a passion for something that they know how to do and interact regularly to learn how to do it better. This describes the SimGHOSTS event attendees perfectly. SimGHOSTS provides plentiful networking opportunities, meeting spaces for special interest groups, and an app for attendees to communicate before, during and after the event. Attendees can meet and collaborate with like-minded community members and learn from their peers. It is through these channels that attendees can supplement the SimGHOSTS program with their own community-driven learning opportunities.
If you are involved in making purchasing decisions or planning simulation programs it is essential that you experience the valuable opportunity SimGHOSTS provides to meet with leading industry representatives to explore the features of a range of simulation technologies. This helps to ensure that you are making informed decisions and meeting the unique needs of their program. All simulation technology professionals can benefit from relationships with industry professionals and access to specialist advice and expertise.
SimGHOSTS events are not focused on education, they are focused on the ‘how-to’ aspects of conducting simulations and running simulation programs/centers. If you are looking for an event with an education or research focus we suggest you check out our calendar for information on other conferences.
