Thankfully, a multitude of research studies confirm that medical simulation training consistently and drastically improves healthcare education and patient outcomes. The mission of The Gathering of Healthcare Simulation Technology Specialists (SimGHOSTS) 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is to provide the technical and operational training support required by individuals and institutions around the United States and the World that are improving patient care outcomes by educating healthcare professionals via advanced simulated learning environments.

Since its inception in 2011, SimGHOSTS has trained over 1,000 health education professionals in the many unique skill sets required to operate simulation technology, including high-fidelity manikin hardware / software operation and maintenance; audiovisual system design and debugging; management system troubleshooting; IT networking; medical terminology and pharmacology; trauma moulage make-up; and the latest education practices.
